In the article titled “Assessment of electroencephalographic changes and clinical characteristics among patients with substance-related disorder”, published on pages 703-708, Issue 4, Volume 19 of Medical Journal of Babylon[1], the name of the fourth author “Waleed Aeez Alameedy” and its affiliation “Department of Internal Medicine, College of Medicine, University of Babylon, Babylon, Iraq” was inadvertently omitted from the list of co-authors. The correct list of authors and their affiliations should read as below:
